Markets
Seven markets. Our own team in each.
Every market has its own registry, its own labour instrument and its own customs practice, and each of our offices runs a different part of the chain. These pages set out what Horizon actually does in each market, and who does it.

Coverage
What “our own team” excludes
We name seven markets, and in each one the work is done by Horizon staff on a Horizon payroll. That is a deliberately narrow claim. It excludes the far longer list of countries a network can technically reach through correspondents, and it is the reason we can carry a single chain of responsibility rather than coordinate one.
Where a step legally requires a licensed third party — a notary, a customs broker outside our licence, a statutory auditor — we appoint and manage them and we say which arrangement applies. Beyond the seven, we work through trusted partners, and we tell you that too.
Not every service in every market
Coverage is not uniform, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to disappoint a client. We do not form companies in India or China; we do not employ staff in China; freight is strongest where we hold our own customs capability. Each market page lists exactly what is available there.
Coverage and regulatory positions change. We confirm what is available for your case in that market before you commit.
How to read these pages
- What we run in that market, service by service
- The registry, the instrument and the institutions involved
- The office, its team and its telephone number
- What we do not offer there
Tell us which market, and what has to be true in it.
An entity trading, a team working, goods cleared, or all three. We come back with the sequence, the institutions involved and the division of responsibility.
